For diagnostic confirmation +/- short term treatment initiation/stabilization.

Initial Evaluation - Child

2 sessions: 75 minutes/50 minutesChild: $2250

A comprehensive two-part initial evaluation to gather your individual history, symptoms, and needs. The second visit is to provide feedback and come up with a treatment plan for follow up services, if appropriate.

For child visits this includes appointment time with the caregivers & the child, collateral calls, and other necessary tasks to complete the evaluation.

These visits are also appropriate for second opinion consults.

Initial Evaluation - Adult (18+)

2 sessions: 50 minutes eachAdult: $1800

All prospective patients begin with a comprehensive two-part initial evaluation. First we gather your individual history, symptoms, and needs. The second is to provide feedback and come up with a treatment plan for follow up services, if appropriate. This includes the appointments, collateral calls, and questionnaire review.

These visits are also appropriate for second opinion consults.

Therapy +/- Medication

50 minutes$900

For patients that have completed the initial evaluation.

These visits are the standard option for patients needing longer visits. This includes therapy visits with or without medication, for those newly on medication and requiring close monitoring, or those that need extra support to achieve stability.

Medication Management

25 minutes$450

For patients that have completed the initial evaluation.

These visits are the standard for routine medication management. These are most common for those that have a therapist and are stable on their current medication dose.
